1. Part of a research team exploring the optimisation of photoconductive materials for switches in THz spectrometers in conjunction with semiconductor fabrication, material characterization and device testing.
2. Continually developed working knowledge of device fabrication processes, independent working and written communication skills.

4. Developed the physical modelling, mask layout design, fabrication, characterization and circuit designs of tunnelling devices.
